The legislator says she has what it takes to serve the people of Kiambu in the capacity of a governor.

The former radio queen says she would be Kiambu's "efficient and a thorough" governor.

“I wouldn’t mind to become a governor. I know I have what it takes to become a governor, and actually a very efficient, very thorough, very intelligent governor. Somebody who knows what my people want and somebody who knows how to deliver what my people want,” she told Citizen TV’s Lilian Muli.

Despite her perceived bold and aggressive nature, she noted that she is a ‘reduced seed’ in the eyes of her husband.

“People don’t know that I am a very reduced seed in the eyes of my husband. People think because I am a very bold and aggressive woman, I never sit down and just say "yes sir". I do say "yes Sir" many times and that is something that people don’t know,” she said.

Wa Muchomba is serving her first term as Woman Rep after being elected on the ruling Jubilee Party’s ticket in 2017.
