CA's Director of Public Affairs Chris Wambua confirmed the fine in an interview with Nairobi News saying that the authority is not ready to tolerate unruly behaviour from preachers and other members of the public.

The man of God, who is not new to controversies is said to have committed the act on a programme aired on his Sasa TV channel.

He was warned against committing indecent acts of that nature in the public domain. Despite the warning, Pastor Ng’ang’a continued with the indecent acts.

“He has been fined 1 million shillings for continuing to broadcast when a woman’s breast were exposed. This happened during the watershed period which is in violation of one of the Communication Authority rules and regulations. He was first issued with a warning which we expected him to stop but he did not,” said Wambua in a telephone interview.

In one of the past church events, the Pastor defended his acts after he caused public uproar on the same.

He argued that there was no reason to touch other body parts when the breasts were the ones that needed healing.
