Highly talented Bongo star Ali Kiba has revealed that one needs education to purposely grow and nature his or her talent.

While there so many people making a living using their talents with limited education skills, Kiba has highlighted the importance of education in one's life, including his or her talent.

Speaking during a visit to his former primary school, Upanga Primary on Saturday, the 'Mwana' hitmaker said education helps one to make informed decisions.

He added that without education, one's thoughts won't be good and that there are higher chances of such a person to be ruled on by learned people.

"Education is like an alarm, I believe it is the key to each an everyone's life. Without education, you will suffer, that is, is terms of reasoning, your decision making might not be right, also you will be ruled on. Education is one's guide at this current lifestyle. (Yanakua kama alarm, na ninaamni elimu ni kama ufunguo wa maisha ya kila mtu. Kama hujasoma utanyanyasika, yaani kimawazo, fikira na maamuzi yako huenda yakawa si sahihi, vile vile utatawaliwa kwa sababu elimu ndio guide ya kila kitu katika mfumo wa maisha yetu.), said Ali Kiba in a video shared by Bongo Five.

Kiba also said that giving back to the society is good but it all depends on one's heart and not how much he or she owns in terms of wealth. 

Kiba is believed to be one of the greatest talent in the East Africa region. The singer is considered a role model among aspiring artists.
