Popular Kenyan musician Akothee recently came out to set the record straight on the nature of her relationship with Milele FM radio presenter and comedian Felix Odiwour popularly known as Jalang'o.
Taking to her Instagram page, Akothee revealed that she and Jalang'o love each other but could neither date nor marry. Akothee maintained that does not have any sexual relationship with the radio presenter and even went ahead to refer to him as a brother.
"Me and @jalangoo love each other, but we can never date or marry 😂🤣😂😂😂😂🤣😂😂kila mutu anapambana na hali yake ya dryspell 😂🤣😂 our relationship is intimate and affectionate but not sexual 😂🤣😂🤣😂😂😂😂😂 love you bro thanks for coming," Akothee wrote on her Instagram page.
Jalang'o on the other hand through his Instagram page praised the mother of five for being a good artist and performer while confirming her attendance in the upcoming Luo Festival.
He, however, did not go into details on the nature of his relationship with Akothee although he referred to her as a sister.
"I could not confirm @akotheekenya for Luo Festival because of alot of things but that was until yesterday when we met and she agreed that she will be performing! To have Akothee for your show is not easy and even her coming for Luo festival is almost impossible!" Part of Jalang'o's message on Instagram read.
