Controversial musician and businesswoman Esther Akoth alias Akothee on Friday had a nice moment with her BFF, South Africa based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan, the Boss Lady.
The three were seen rocking together while in the Coast region of Kenya, at Watamu town, which is located about 105km to the North of Mombasa City.
Taking to social media, Akothee said the Boss Lady paid her a courtesy visit when she learnt of her sickness.
"Tag me your friend who would get concerned with your health and say let me come cheer you up @zarithebosslady am alive," Akothee posted while in Watamu.
The two mothers of six have recently been close to each other, with Zari landing into the country for more than once just for the sake of Akothee, and their business plans they had, including a women conferences that were to be launched this year.
Akothee has been feeling unwell since the month of November, getting admitted more than once within a period of a month.
She even fell on stage during a live performance.
Her manager, Nelson Oyugi,-Nelly Oaks, later revealed that she fainted due to fatigue
“Her recent tours seem to have caused her burnout, although she did not show any signs of tiredness before the event. What happens is that those changes, including the time zones, come to affect the body especially when you are not taking the right vitamins,” Oyugi noted.
