Never invites you over to his place
It's not like he's homeless. The reason why he doesn't want to invite you to his spot is that he's shacked up with someone and doesn't want you to meet his wife and probably his kids.
He'll always shower you with a bunch of unending excuses, like your house is an easy commute, it's closer to my workplace, my house is being re-modelled and so on. Therefore, you will find you're always spending time at your place from January to December. This is a red flag.
Never introduces you to his friends and family
If your boyfriend isn't making an effort to introduce you into his world, two things might be involved; it's either he doesn't see you as a serious dating material or he's certainly married. You've dated for quite some time, maybe a couple of years, but he'll never progress the relationship to another level by introducing you to his family and friends.
Even if you bring it up, he'll always got a good excuse of why you can't meet his family and close friends yet. Also, when you decide to take it up and try to plan something with your family and friends, he's usually conveniently unavailable.
You'll never attend special events with him
Be it birthdays, weddings, dinner parties, galas, most men love it when they're accompanied by their beautiful significant others to flaunt you to their friends.
So, if you're never his plus-one or he usually resists to be yours even if you offer, he might be sketchy and you should be very wary. He's definitely not serious about you.
