A rivalry between Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei and former Moi University Students Organization (MUSO) chairman Isaac Choge is getting much worse and nasty.

After rubbishing claims that he was suspended from Moi University, the former students’ leader now claims that the Senator Cherargei did not complete his studies at Moi University School of Law and he dropped out of his studies while in the third year.

“I pity my country and to be precise my county, when I see a third year dropout heading a Committee of Justice and Legal Affairs. What does Cherargei know about Law, a man who dropped out of Moi University School of Law, Third year? Meaning he never graduated,” reads part of one Choge’s post on Facebook.

The two friends cum enemies were in good terms until somewhere in 2018 where Choge claimed that the Senator was underperforming according to his manifesto and also blamed him on his frequent attacks on Nandi governor Stephen Sang.

In another post, Choge challenged the senator or any of his classmates to come out and table any evidence of completing the university.

”Can I be provided with photos showing a graduating Senator if there is any. If that is so difficult let us see a photo of Cherargei admiring a gown,” Choge challenged.

He believes that allegations behind his suspension from Moi University are being engineered by Cherargei and are just meant to tarnish his name ahead of 2022 general elections.
