Popular Kikuyu preacher JJ Gitahi has been dragged into an illicit affair involving a woman identified as Rose Wanjiru and celebrated gospel artist Ben Githae.
Wanjiru, who spoke to Tuko, accused the artist of neglecting her after impregnating her with twins.
In a video shared on social media, Wanjiru claims Githae neglected her when the twins, two girls, were three months old.
Wanjiru claimed that Githae accused her of sleeping with preacher JJ Gitahi behind his back in an illicit affair that saw the man of God impregnate her.
“He refused to help me and said that the twins were fathered by JJ (Pastor JJ Gitahi),” she said.
When contacted for comment, Githae said he has never denied fathering the two children with Wanjiru.
“Have I ever said that they are not mine?” Githae asked.
He further noted that he has been taking care of Wanjiru's bills, including paying her house rent.
He, however, accused the woman of going to the media with the intention of tarnishing his name.
