Jose Gatutura and Kareh B, many will agree, rhyme so well just like the music that they have done together to an extent that speculations have been rife in the grapevines that the two could actually be dating.

However, the two artistes speaking to Inooro FM's Jeff Kuria recently, poured cold water on such speculations stating clearly that their relationship does not extend beyond music.

"There isn't such a thing going between us two and Wangari (Kareh B) who is here can confirm that our relationship is simply musical," he said.

Kareh B on her part reveals that she met with Gatutura in 2017 at Galileo where she was performing country music.

"Since 2009 I have been around many town joints performing various music genres like Jazz, Rhumba, Rn'B but when Gatutura met me at Galileo in 2017 going about my performances, I was doing country. My biggest inspiration in country music is Dolly Parton," Kareh B states.

Some of the most outstanding 'collabo' hits by the two songbirds who have become household names in many Kikuyu homes include 'Tuirio Twega' (Good Food), 'Haha ni Gute' (This is Vanity), Mwari Wa Muthamaki (Princess) among others.
