Former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant and Eldoret based businessman Zedekiah Kiprop Bundotich alias Buzeki once again come up with a new demand for the Jubilee government.
Buzeki now wants the government to issue Sh500,000 payout to every youth who attains 25 years as a way to empower them and grow Kenya's economy.
He held that such a model will be an equalizer for youths who are subjected to the negative aftermath of multibillion heists that the country had witnessed.
In a tweet, Buzeki noted: “GOK should GIVE every YOUTH attaining 25yrs 500k FREE! This will CREAT an ECONOMIC EXPLOSION. Once of a lifetime EQUALIZER for the HAVES and HAVES-NOT. CORRUPTION HURTs the YOUTH most . OVER 300B HEIST annually from GOK coffers is DAMNING . Give YOUTH 20B annually."
His tweet came as the country contends with reports of an increasing number of unemployed graduates.
On Sunday, Kenyans were shocked after an expose of one Kevin Ochieng, a first-class graduate from the University of Nairobi with a degree in Actuarial Science.
Ochieng has been jobless in spite of attaining an impressive score in his varsity education.
