Former National Assembly Farah Maalim has claimed that the current Kenyan courts and lawyers are an organized crime that may never deliver justice to aggrieved parties.

While responding to the Wajir gubernatorial elections petition that is currently at the Supreme Court, Maalim advised aggrieved parties to seek redress through traditional dispute resolution mechanisms as opposed to the courts.

"The only free election in our history was the one conducted by British Colonial Administration in 1963. My sincere advice to parties in Wajir Gubernatorial litigation is to resolve thru traditional dispute resolution mechanism. Courts&lawyers are organised crime&will bleed u all," He posted in his social media page.

Maalim further stated that a good number of political losers in the expansive North Eastern region were illegally serving in offices with the rightful leaders being locked out.

"In the former NEP many electoral loosers are in office and many winners are not in office. Liers and riggers will face the day of reckoning ALLAH willing. Travesty of justice & fairness. The honest are studiously silent wondering whether GOD will forsake them & crooks are loud," the vocal politician added.
