The mathematics and physics teacher has been appointed as the "Champion for Children in Conflicts and Crisis" for Education Cannot Wait.

The children in question originate from areas that have been affected by conflicts and natural disasters.

The new appointment will see him working with the likes of actors Will Smith and Rachel Brosnahan who have been representing the organization in championing for the rights of these children over decades. The chairman of the Foundation Vikas Pota, has confirmed the appointment.

On his part, Tabichi, who promised to use the cash he bagged on educating the needy children from his locality and entire nation, could not hide his joy following the appointment.

He said that he was so excited following the endless blessings that are coming his way since he entered charity work.

He also said that it is sad that millions of children have dropped out of school because of frustration caused by natural calamities that affect their lives at the end of the day.

“It is heart-breaking to know that 75 million children around the world see their educational chances disrupted by conflict and natural disasters,” he said in part, as quoted by Standard.
