Looking young is something that any aged person would wish even though sometimes it’s hard.

However, there are various foods that people age 50 and above can eat to make their skin look younger.

These foods contain nutrients that hinder ageing.

1. Carrots

Carrots are important when it comes to having good eyesight, overall health, and blood pressure.

People aged 50 and above should eat plenty of carrots as they contain nutrients such as potassium, vitamins, and fiber.

At this age, people are highly prone to high blood pressure, eyesight problems and ageing of the skin. Carrots, however, help prevent these problems.

2. Beetroot

3. Apples
