Addressing the media on Wednesday, Twalib said his team is ready to arrest and present anyone before the court of law, as the war against graft gains momentum.

He noted that the war against the vice is not targeting any particular community as speculated by some leaders, following the arrest of prominent persons in the Arror and Kimwarer dams saga.

Twalib said all those accused of misappropriating public resources will be brought to book with immediate effect, as long as he remains in office.

The EACC boss affirmed that the war against graft will be anchored on the truth, adding that no one will be targeted based on his community.

Twalib divulged that everyone accused of graft will be investigated regardless of the position he or she holds in government.

“If there is a big fish, entangled in those (graft) cases, he will be arrested.

"There will be nothing like immunity. People will answer cases according to any established offense that will be found by the investigators," he said
