Popular radio presenter Kamene Goro has been hospitalised after she was involved in an accident at her house.
In a post on Instagram, Kamene noted that she injured her knee during the accident and will have to undergo a surgical procedure.
“So yesterday I had a pretty unfortunate incident at the house I just moved into. Uuuumh and I damaged my knee pretty badly so I came to the hospital last night, ambulance and what not.
"I really struggled to get an MRI. I was pumped with painkillers and I had to get the MRI this morning, only for me to be admitted and told that I will have surgery,” she narrated.
"The incident has taught me a lot of lessons. But remember, we are bigger than our struggles,” she added.
Her location tab on Instagram indicates that she is hospitalized at Karen Hospital.
Her fans, and Kenyans of goodwill have sent her messages wishing her a successful surgery and a quick recovery.
