Ford Kenya party through Bonyamatuta MCA Robinson Mocheche clinched Deputy Speaker post despite ODM's majority in the assembly.

Nominated MCA Carol Mogere, who is among six MCA summoned by Raila to answer why they signed ouster motion against former Deputy Speaker Duke Mocheche, said they were unhappy with the party's dictatorship.

"ODM would have easily carried the day even though we had impeached our colleague.

"Were it not threats and summons, we would have gone to the assembly to elect one of us to take over," she lamented.

Others wanted for disciplinary actions are Majority Leader Duke Masira, George Abuga, Monicah Mwamba, Damaris Mouni and Abel Mose.

Party lawyer Tony Moturi warned that the six would face further sanctions after ODM lost the slot to Ford Kenya.

Early this week, Raila's attempts to save Omoti hit a snug after motion mover Abel Mose refused to heed to the party's last-minute call.
