In a tweet on Thursday, the lawyer claimed that Waititu has proposed his potential in-law to be considered for a plum job in the county.

"Ferdinand Waititu is taking corruption to new levels. Even before his daughter is married on July 20, he is proposing his in-law as the Chairman Of Kiambu Public Service Board. Hope the wedding isn’t contrived to mitigate against the arrests of Waititu family for Corruption," said Donald Kipkorir

According to a shortlist from the Kiambu County government for the position of Chairman of the Kiambu Public Service Board, Dr Herman Gitau Nyotu is among those shortlisted for an interview.

Surprisingly, the same person is set to marry Governor Waititu's daughter, Njeri Ndungu on July 20th.

Waititu, his wife Susan Wangari, and their daughter Monica Njeri, who are the directors of M/S Testimony Enterprise are under investigations in a graft case.

The three and other top Kiambu county officials are under the police radar over Sh588 million tender allocation.

The county boss has also been accused of using his position for money laundering.
