For believers of the Bible, one of the famous quote from the book of Proverbs 18:22 reads "whoever finds a wife, finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord."
Finding a wife and finding a good wife are two different things and the self-proclaimed president of single mothers Esther Akoth popularly known has Akothee, has perfectly described the kind of a woman a man will be tempted to pay more dowry for.
Akothee says that a man who finds a wife who goes to work and still takes care of other things such as cooking, taking and picking children from school and most importantly minds her own business; is a woman worth a second dowry payment.
"If you have a wife who goes to work, picks the kid from school, stops by the market, goes home, prepares you some delicious dinner and minds her business. Please go back to her father and add a little extra on that dowry. You don't know how blessed you are," reads Akothee's Instagram.
The controversial artist further explained that by minding her own business, it means that the woman does not interfere with the man's privacy.
"Minding her business includes her not touching your phone or asking questions even when you come home late or never," the Abebo hitmaker contended.
