A lady from Mombasa who traveled all the way to Nairobi to meet gospel artiste Bahati broke into tears when she finally met the celebrated singer.

In a video shared by Bahati, the lady says she has been struggling to make it in life through music but nothing was coming out of it.

The young lady ventured into the music industry after she failed to join university even after having passed well in her secondary school exams.

She scored a B but her parents could not take her to college, instead they told her to serve God through music as well as making a living from it.

The girl left Mombasa for Nairobi where her hopes were to land greener pastures, and/or meet Bahati for a boast in her musical career.

Unfortunately, the girl ended up in wrong hands. She revealed that the person who hosted her, sexually abused her forcing her to leave the place with no specific place to go.

"Nilikua nimekuja naomba usaidizi. Nimetoka Mombasa na mwenye nilikua nafaa kulala kwake alikua ameniharras sexually," she said.

The lady said she had gone through a lot of suffering since 2015 after completing high school studies until she believed God, like the society, had given up on her.

Singer Bahati promised to help the poor girl make it in her music ambitions.

Here is the video.
