From memes to challenges, Kenyans are definitely the Kings and Queens of creativity.

For the past few weeks, the ‘unakufa’ memes have been on the trend. Shortly after that, a closely related concept dubbed 'Dance and Die' challenge emerged.

As the name of the challenge suggests, it entails dancing and collapsing.

Moi University students took to stage during the Mr. and Miss Moi University event and created a new routine from the challenge.

Led by hype man Collins Kibet and MC Willie Oeba, the students introduced a simple routine for the 'Dance and Die challenge'.

In case you were still struggling with the challenge. Here is how to do the 'dance and die' challenge like a pro;

Take two steps to your left and back to the centre of origin. Then take two other steps to your right and back. Two more steps to the front and back. Do this while incorporating a few dance moves with your body. When the chorus of the song comes, first of all, collapse to the left, stand up and then collapse to the right. Repeat the procedure throughout the chorus.

See, the routine is extremely easy. Hurry up record your dance and die video before the challenge ends.
