Constituents of Nyaribari Chache in Kisii County have lauded area MP Richard Tong'i for heavily investing in education.

Led by Jared Abuga they said the Jubilee Party lawmaker has been putting the CDF funds in proper use by setting up new structures across all learning institutions in the constituency. 

"Tong'i's work is commendable and opponents criticising his work should wait for their time. For now, as residents we are happy with the MP's work," he said.

Cleophas Bundi called on the MP to ignore his critics and focus all his energies in serving the people.  

"Let our MP work hard to ensure all the projects he is working on are completed before 2022. Those questioning why he didn't oppose the 8 percent VAT on fuel should keep off because they can't match him," he said.

Benjamin Ratemo said the MP is at the forefront of providing a conducive learning environment through modern learning infrastructure and other facilities as one way of transforming the lives of future leaders to make them competitive.
