The former Machakos gubernatorial aspirant Wavinya Ndeti has now come out to attack Chief Justice David Maraga and the Supreme Court for making sure she lost the Machakos governor’s seat.
In a message on her twitter handle, the former Kathiani Member of Parliament wants the Supreme Court which quashed her petition on December 21, 2018 to be disbanded and reconstituted.
“The people of Machakos know well that I won, Maraga and a few corrupt cartels sat down and diverted the will of the people. I forgive them. Moving forward, I propose the Supreme Court to be re - constituted or disbanded all together & leave the Court of Appeal as the Apex Court,” wrote Wavinya Ndeti.
She said that the Supreme Court being led by CJ Maraga constitutes of corrupt cartels who work in favor of some people in granting them their wish, and that’s why she lost her petition to the Maendelea Chap Chap leader and Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
According to the Wiper party politician, this court should be disbanded and the Court of Appeal, which had ruled in her favor, be upgraded to be the top court in the country.
