NASA coalition has yet again been subjected to internal wrangles ahead of the planned swearing-in of Raila Odinga.
Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula distanced himself from remarks by his deputy, Richard Onyonka who slammed Raila Odinga's swearing-in.
"We only recognize Uhuru as president as much as we have issues that should be ironed out," Onyonka said.
But at Ford Kenya headquarters, wetangula dismissed Onyonka's stand insisting that the remarks did not reflect the parties position.
"Onyonka perhaps expressed his personal view and that does not mean he spoke on behalf of the party.
"He is entitled to his views and I must warn him that he is headed to a wrong direction. We do not recognize Uhuru's presidency," he said.
For days now, Onyonka has been subjected to criticism with some supporters calling for his eviction from NASA coalition.
