National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has launched an attack on controversial blogger Cyprian Nyakundi.
Duale has accused Nyakundi of creating multiple fake social media accounts bearing his name which he (Nyakundi) allegedly used to fleece Kenyans.
Duale brought up the matter as MPs discussed a bill on cyber crime.
The Garissa Township MP lamented that he had been a victim of Nyakundi's schemes for the past two years.
"For two years I have been a victim of Nyakundi who has opened Facebook & Twitteraccounts in my name to solicit funds," he stated
The Garissa Town MP further claimed that an unnamed woman had gotten the phonenumbers of all male MPs and kept sending them obscene images.
"There is a lady who has telephone numbers of all the male MPs and posts obscenephotos to them," Duale disclosed
Duale did not however highlight the exact accounts used by Nyakundi to fleece Kenyans.
Nyakundi has recently been in troyuble with authorities over the usage of social media.
