A section of Mombasa residents have expressed mixed reactions after Governor Ali Hassan Joho left for Spain.
This is after one, Clifford Quest Kipchumba shared a photo of the governor purportedly in Spain, posing with his two friends.
Joho left the county on Wednesday for an investor meeting over desalination of water for his electorates.
Joho had a fruitful engagement with the Secretary of State of the Spanish Government, Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Environment Ms. Maria Garcia and the Director General for Water Mrs. Liana in Madrid.
Spain is one of the leading Countries globally with sustainable desalination technologies. In his post, Kipchumba criticised Joho, saying he had gone in Spain for a photoshop instead of development.
