It has now emerged that President Uhuru Kenyatta's uncle, Gathecha Muhoho, was among the beneficiary of Sh9 billion that reportedly got lost from NYS.

Through his company Petrokenya Oil Company Limited, which he co-owns with Gor Semelang'o, jointly received Sh68 million for supplying diesel to NYS this year.

Apparently, the tender to supply oil had been awarded Horizon Limited owned by Ben Gethi, who featured in season one of NYS looting.

However, following the delivery, a legal tussle erupted between the two companies thus ending in the courts.

Petrokenya, reports the Standard, was eventually awarded Sh68 million following a protracted court battle that saw Horizon Limited's property attached.

Mr. Gathecha, is Mama Ngina Kenyatta's younger brotherand is father to former Kiambu Women Rep Ann Nyokabi Gathecha.

In the company, Gatheca controls 47 per cent of shares while his co-owner, Gor Semelang'o, controls 53 per cent.
