Social media users were on Tuesday treated to an unexpected showdown after Flamboyant lawyer Donald Kipkorir and self-proclaimed general of National Resistance Movement (NRM) Miguna Miguna fired salvos at each other. It all started after Kipkorir shared a photo of his meeting with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and then captioned it: “Happy to meet Baba today … To thank him for what he has done & continues to do for Kenya.”
The deported lawyer dropped a bombshell, terming him a ‘chauvinistic buccaneer meeting a traitor.” The city lawyer could not mince his words as he fired back at Miguna, whose nomination as Nairobi Deputy Governor was rejected by Members of the County Assembly.
“On my Twitter today, you accused Baba of being a traitor and me a Jubilee buccaneer. Let me answer you briefly. On Baba, you are not worthy to hold a candle to him. His sacrifices and patriotism to Kenya are unrivaled by anyone,” wrote Kikorir.
The city lawyer later reminded Miguna not to abuse him simply because he held a meeting with the National Super Alliance (NASA) Presidential candidate in the August elections.,He went on to compare the lawyer’s behavior to that of a prostitute. “You are worse than a harlot, prostitutes don’t even betray their customers,” noted the lawyer.
