Deputy President William Ruto has been urged to forget becoming Kenya’s next President after President Uhuru Kenyatta completes his term in 2022.
According to Borabu MP Ben Momanyi, Uhuru’s unity with NASA leader Raila Odinga is a plot to finish him politically.
“Ruto should be a worrying man because his plans to become the next president have been derailed by the historic handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga,” he said.
The Wiper party MP stated that the unity between the two leaders was a plot meant to ensure Ruto doesn’t ascend to power in 2022.
“DP Ruto will have no support in 2022 for him to become President because Baringo Senator Gideon Moi is seeking support from the Kalenjin community," he added.
Momanyi said Kisii leaders must consider supporting a presidential candidate who will emerge a winner and not a loser in the 2022 general elections.
