Police in Naivasha are looking for five gangsters who terrorized a family in Kayole estate, Naivasha on Sunday night for several hours.
Naivasha deputy county commissioner Isaac Masinde said the men ransacked the house for more than six hours before raping the family’s 14year-old daughter.
“The gang raped a girl aged 14 years and a neighbor who responded to the distress call raised by the family,” said Masinde.
Masinde said the gangsters were armed with a pistol/
“The gang stole electronics, cash and a vehicle. They abandoned the vehicle at Karati area more than 10 kilometers away after they realized police were pursuing them,” added the commissioner.
He asked members of the public to help police in arresting the suspects.
“Members of the public with information about the gangsters to ease their arrests,” he added.
