The wife of Gideon Moi's wife rendered tongues wagging after throwing a birthday party at an upmarket joint in Runda Estate.
She celebrated her birthday on Thursday at the posh Lord Errol restaurant in which she invited her close friends and family.
Given that she is married to high profile Kenyan ho has sights on the presidency, Garissa residents could not let the opportunity to weigh in on the development slip through their fingers.
Zahra Moi has more often than not often to lead a private life, unlike her husband who's always in the public eye.
