Gor Mahia will face touch opponents in the continental CAF league, after the draw that was released on Saturday.
The Kenyan champions, after an impressive win over last year’s finalists Supersport United have been drawn in group B, which has continental heavyweights including Young Africans of Tanzania.
Former African champions Raja Casablanca of Morocco are in another tough group as well, and will face Aduana Stars of Ghana The Moroccan giants have been drawn in Group A and will face off with Asec Mimosas of Ivory Coast, Aduana Stars of Ghana and As Vita Club from Burundi.
Other oponetns for Gor Mahia in Grup D include Rayons Sports of Rwanda and USM Algiers from Algeria.Gor Mahia eliminated SuperSport United of South Africa on the away goals rule to reach the Group stages for the first time in history.
