The former premier has been holding meetings with high profile individuals, with Kibaki's visit coming barely a week after he toured Daniel Moi at Kabarak home.

Apparently, social media users dragged the former head of state, Mwai Kibaki's dressing code after the meeting, with a number of them questioning his trouser.

On his Facebook, Babu Juma wrote: "It is quite embarrassing that handlers of Kibaki can allow him take a photo in a wet trouser."

At Nyamira Facebook Forum, Daniel Onyancha called for immediate sacking of Kibaki's staff, accusing them of embarrassing the former Head of State.

"It seems Mzee had messed himself and the staff should have been keen. They should be axed for embarrassing him."

While many users attacked handlers on the alleged wet trouser, no official communication has been released with regard to the same.

At 86, Kibaki retired from active politics in 2013 after 10 years at the helm which saw the country's economy revamped.
