Governor Lee Kinyanjui is Nakuru’s second governor since the inception of the devolved units of governance.
Kinyanjui is said to be a billionaire politician who has made his money through the housing and real estate sector, oil and petroleum business and agriculture and farming.
John Mututho
The former Naivasha Member of Parliament is in the league of Nakuru billionaires and he never fails short to say so whenever opportunity is granted.
Mututho made his money through the procurement and supplies business, real estate as well as farming and agriculture.
He also runs a multimillion modern rehabilitation center in Nakuru.
Kinuthia Mbugua
The former Nakuru Governor and current state house comptroller has invested heavily in the real estate sector in Nakuru County as well as Nairobi County
Mbugua who has been a civil servant all his working life has also invested heavily in the agriculture sector in the county.
