[Photo| Raila Odinga Supporters]There was drama at the Kisumu International Airport on Monday evening as hundreds of local residents stormed the premise to see off Opposition leader Raila Odinga. Raila was scheduled to leave for Nairobi at 5pm. Business at the airport came to a standstill as the anxious supporters of the Nasa principal stormed the airport after they realised Odinga was not going to address them as they had expected. They breached security at the facility and managed to run to the airport’s pavilion to see Raila off as he left the county for Nairobi.The ODM party leader jetted to Kisumu on Saturday, November 2, 2017.During his visit, Odinga met with Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o and ward representatives at the Kisumu County Assembly.Reports indicate they discussed the push for People’s Assembly agenda.
