Controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has yet again challenged NASA leader Raila Odinga but this time round he is set to face him in the corridors of justice.
Kuria posted on his official Facebook page that he plans to move to court on Wednesday to prove his case that the January swearing-in of the opposition leader is equal to treason.
"MP Moses Kuria will move to court Wednesday seeking a declaration that Raila's January 30th oath was an act of treason," reads his Facebook post.
The statement by Kuria elicited a lot of reactions from social media users with others calling him a Jubilee sycophant and urging him to do with speed what he plans to do.
Kuria has been one of the biggest critics of NASA leader Raila Odinga and at one time he called for the murder of the son of Jaramogi during a public event at the Kasarani stadium.
