As President Uhuru Kenyatta continues to scout for men and women who will be included in his soon to the unveiled cabinet, intense lobbying is ongoing among those eyeing the Cabinet Secretary positions.
With social media now becoming a tool to get attention and hopefully catch the President's eye, majority of individuals eyeing the CS posts have resorted to using their supporters on social media to endorse them One of the individuals taking advantage of the social media influence to lobby for the CS post is billionaire businessman Zedekiah Bundotich popularly known as Buzeki.
There have been several Facebook users who have been fronting Buzeki for the Agriculture ministry particularly Stephen Kewa who uses Steve K. Steve on Facebook "Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries CS Buzeki Kiprop Bundotich," said Steve on a Facebook post dated December 3, 2017.
"The only other workaholic I know who can match CS Matiang'i is Buzeki. He believes in progress and results and doesn't take prisoners when it comes to performance," he in another Facebook post on Wednesday.
Kewa lost to Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi in the Jubilee party primaries and campaigned for Buzeki who unsuccessfully vied for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat.
Coincidentally, there has also been a list of CS's doing rounds on social media with Buzeki's name also featuring for the Agriculture docket.
