Joho who is the ODM Deputy Leader, is expected at the Orange House in Lavington, Nairobi for the party's National Governing Council (NGC) meeting.

On Thursday, ODM Chairman John Mbadi briefed the press over Friday's meeting, after the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting held at the same venue.

ODM party leader Raila Odinga chaired the meeting. The 2nd Deputy Party Leader, Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya also attended the meeting.

On his part after the election petition win, Joho said: "...my ODM brothers and sisters, as we head into the NGC, it is time to consider deeply the future of our party. ODM has the interests of the people of Kenya at heart. It is time to revitalize and build our great party into the vehicle for leadership and change that this country desperately needs today."

He noted that ODM would forever remain committed to Electoral Justice.

"As we speak, this country has not held a credible process to choose a leader for the next five years. We strongly stand by our leader Rt Hon Raila Odinga as we continue to pursue this. It is the issue of our generation," he added.
