A video of Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has gone viral stirring mixed reactions from Kenyans. In the video, the seemingly multi-talented governor is seen in a rap battle with a kid from Mombasa.

According to Plive, Joho together with the Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi, launched the "Youth Must Change" initiative at the famous Pirates Beach in Mombasa which will help the County Government of Mombasa identify, support and nurture the various talents our youth are empowered.

He promised to have the county government double the amount allocated in the budget, towards the Revolving Fund to enable the youth to capitalize on entrepreneurial ventures.
