Jubilee party has has temporarily borrowed Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino's most used expression in his public rally speeches.
The outspoken ODM legislator, who is however battling to overturn High Court ruling that nullified his victory, was one of most followed youths within NASA coalition.
At a function in Kericho on Sunday, Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny urged locals to use 'Jubilee Tibiim' expression following union between Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"As I predicted, Raila is now in Jubilee and this is a progress we should not undermine," said the second term legislator.
He further said: "I expect when I mention the term Jubilee, I should be hearing 'Tibiim' responses. That is the Kenya we want now."
Some of the expressions coined by the flamboyant legislator include 'Tialala, Riaa' but their meaning still remains anonymous.
During NASA campaigns, hundreds of politicians linked to the opposition coalition mostly used the expressions to evoke reactions from their followers.
