The Jubilee leaders and agents in Kisii County are in the rush to ensure they block people assembly motion that is set to be tabled in few days.
According to Bogeka ward representative Charles Mochoge, a section of the Jubilee affiliated leaders have been secretly meeting some of the elected NASA affiliated MCAs to ensure that NASA’s idea being spearheaded by Raila Odinga flops in the county
The MCA said that Jubilee government want to ensure that the motion doesn’t see light in Kisii and Nyamira counties respectively to frustrate Raila’s ambitions and plans to be sworn in on December 12th.
“Personally I have been approached by some Jubilee leaders and many of my colleagues in Kisii and Nyamira counties have been also approached and all that Jubilee wants is to frustrate Raila by ensuring the motion flops,” said Mochoge.
Mochoge, however, said most of the NASA MCAs have vowed to remain loyal and pass the people’s assembly that is set to be tabled in both assemblies any day.
The Peoples’ assembly has been giving Jubilee hard time as they believe it’s the only option that Raila is remaining with to be sworn in legally.
However, a good number of counties perceived to be NASA zones have already passed the motion only awaiting for implementation.
