Controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria now wants Raila Odinga's planned swearing-in to go on as planned.

A defiant Odinga insists that the event shall go on as planned despite calls to have it dropped by western envoys.

But on his Fcaebook, Kuria mocked the planned inauguration adding that it will not have effect on the countries leadership.

"That President of People's Assembly! How's that different from president of Gor Mahia or Luo Council of Elder?" asked Kuria.

He added: " I do not see a problem with that. Let them swear him then he retires with his wife to Karen."

Last week, Attorney General Githu Muigai warned that anybody trying to take presidential could be charged with treason.

The venue for Raila's inauguration as President will be communicated on Sunday afternoon.
