Last year, at Nakuru State Lounge, President Uhuru Kenyatta spoke passionately about the petition, insisting that he will make a follow up.

"We shall follow the petition closely because I know Jubilee beat our competitors," he said while addressing Gusii leaders.

On Wednesday next week, Judge James Makau will issue final judgment that would be a culmination of sour relationship between the two political parties.

Filed by Jubilee loser Walter Nyambati, Governor John Nyagarama has reiterated in many occasions that he is ready for the outcome.

"I am sure that our victory was not exaggerated and as a party, we are ready for whichever outcome," he said.

Already, Governors Cyprian Awiti (Homa Bay), Mohammed Abdi (Wajir) and Martin Wambora (Embu) have had their victories nullified.

Through Nyambati's application, the presiding judge ordered scrutiny in 90 polling stations, whose outcome will be key in the judgment.
