The list paints a damning picture of the poor performance of some of the most vocal politicians across the political divide. Surprisingly, the silent MPs in Parliament are also the most vocal while outside the chambers. And majority of them are first timers.

Conspicuously in the list is Kisumu Central MP Fred Ouda, the man whose political rise has equal share of drama. But unfortunately, for the man who is ready to do anything to prove his loyalty to NASA leader Raila Odinga, his performance is below par according to Mzalendo.com.  In the eight months he has been in Parliament, the former Gem Central MCA has not spoken.

Also in the list is outspoken Migori Women Representative Pamela Odhiambo . The longtime University don who eclipsed Denittah Ghati is said not to have spoken in Parliament since her election.  A tough-talking Dr. Odhiambo is understood to be one of the former Prime Minster's most trusted allies in Migori.

Rangwe's Dr. Lilian Gogo, a respected educationist is also in the "List of Shame".  Prior to her election, she worked as Lecturer at Egerton University before pursuing a career in politics where she sent home incumbent George Oner in her debut attempt.
