The only reason he lost is because he is seen as an OUTSIDER to the ruling elite.'' Kiyapi tweeted.Raila Odinga's brother, Oburu Odinga, was given a pass by the vetting committee at Magaya's expense in spite of his youthful vigor.
Mr. Magaya was barely known to Kenyans prior to becoming NASA's CEO.
