NASA supporters have continued to pile pressure on Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama over delayed passing of People's Assembly bill.
Despite giving it blessing in December, Nyamira County Assembly is yet to pass the motion with people pointing accusing fingers at the governor.
"We are quite sure that he is derailing the motion because of his court case. He thinks that passing the motion would invite onslaught from Jubilee," said Jacob Abere.
Serah George said: "The governor is undoubtedly in Jubilee and it's time he joins them publically. We are tired with his theatrics."
Enjoying numerical strength in the assembly, NASA MCAs have remained non committal with sources claiming that they are working under instructions from the executive.
A statement from one of Governor's communication team, Nyambega Gisesa, claimed that the county boss had instructed MCAs to pass the bill.
"The governor gave it blessings and its time we admit that. It is now the mandate of the assembly to decide the fate."
