Nyaribari Masaba MP Hezekiel Machogu has challenged those who lost in last year’s polls to wait until when they will be elected to spread ' baseless propaganda'.
Machogu regretted that political losers in the constituency are out misleading the constituents that he will not perform the way he promised during the campaigns.
“Opponents should give me time to deliver to the people and stop telling lies to constituents that I will embezzle public funds meant for development. This is my time to serve the electorates who are free to rate anytime,” said the lawmaker.
He promised that he will not discriminate any region in offering services.
"Those who voted for me and those who didn’t will benefit from my leadership. No region will be sidelined in initiating developmental projects as claimed by my unworthy opponents,” added Machogu.
The legislator vowed to utilize CDF funds to allocate bursary funds to benefit needy and bright students studying in various colleges, universities and secondary schools across the constituency.
“Allocation of CDF bursaries to students will be done free and fair. No students from other constituencies will benefit from the funds meant for only Nyaribari Masaba,” he stated.
