Defiant Borabu MP Ben Momanyi has continued onslaught on ODM leader Raila Odinga over controversy surrounding nominations to PSC.
Despite Wiper party nominating Momanyi to the committee, the ODM wing has been pushing for Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo instead.
And on Tuesday, Momanyi vowed to 'fight for his rights' warning that he is ready to face Raila Odinga's ODM.
"I am nor scared of him (Raila) and he is not God. I do not fear him and time has come for him to respect parliamentary independence," he said.
"Wiper is a party on her own and it is however insincere for ODM wing to dictate our internal affairs. I must defend my rights as an elected MP."
At his Nyamira backyard, supporters of the second term MP have vowed to evict Raila should he fail to respect him.
Among those nominated by NASA to the powerful committee include Aisha Jumwa (Malindi), Gladys Wanga (Homa Bay) and Mutula Kilonzo (Makueni)
