Perhaps it is time NASA supporters found something else to do away from the continued following of their leader Raila Odinga.
The NASA leader, who has been touted as a Joshua to lead them from Misri to Canaan is no longer strong and his barking cannot scare anyone.
After he was intimidated into backing off from his planned swearing-in, Raila's fear for the authorities is no longer a secret.
As he continues to lie to his 'Israelites' about their impending entrance into Canaan, everything in his actions speaks out of a man who has no more fire in his hearth.
In his latest Christmas message to supporters, the NASA leader seems to acknowledge the division in the country but does not lay claim to having the numbers to effect change.
He tells his supporters, "those who believe that democracy and rule of law portend a brighter future for us all", to wait till 2018 when they will come back stronger and with more gusto against "those who have rallied behind the leadership that wants to take us back to the dictatorship".
The axis has shifted from the numerical superiority to that of morality.
It is no longer the song of "we are many" as would hold water in a democratic space but rather, he has shifted to the "we are right" stance.
So if he claims to be a father of democracy, why doesn't he respect the numbers and tell the truth to his supporters altogether?
He has gone back to the same old song of historical injustices?
But what are these injustices and what has Jubilee to do with them?
Funnily, the so-called injustices took place when he was in government - what did he do?
What a common NASA supporter should take a look at is how their leader uses and dumps them at will.
The street demos are used by the opposition to benefit not citizens, not NASA principals, but Raila Odinga.
Before the wakirusha-tunarusha dust settled, he was again up to fix his elder brother into the East African Legislative Assembly to serve as the eldest man in the recent history of the House - with the help of Jubilee MPs, the ones he calls fascists.
Raila is done with his business and busy counting the profits yet you are there singing justice, and democracy on an empty stomach caused by the successive looting by Jubilee and your NASA demigod!
It is high time you took a rest and planned on how to live through 2018.
