Siaya Senator James Orengo has advised NASA leader Raila Odinga not to back down in his journey to the state house.Speaking during a consultative forum on the People's Assmebly at Sun n Sand Beach Hotel in Kiambala, Kilifi county, Orengo said the government will try all means to discourage Odiga from saving Kenyans from forced leadership."Like the story in the bible, do not look back lest you turn into stone," said Orengo.He said Kenyans have the sovereign power and likewise the rights to talk about secession.He added the President Kenyatta's threats against those fighting for secession are baseless and his government does not represent Kenyans."Uhuru does not know what he is saying. He will be in more trouble himself... He only got less than 25 per cent of the votes cast on October 26," the Siaya Senator added as written by the Star.Orengo concluded that those in government should be charged with treason because they used illegal ways to get into the government.NASA said they will swear in Odinga before the year ends, date to be announce later.

More cracks have however emerged in the opposition coalition after coastal MPs threatened to ditch Odinga citing that they were not favored by the EALA nominations.
