There was drama on Sunday evening at Chepilat trading center Nyamira County after residents forced a pastor to walk naked after he was found in act with a woman.
Residents watched the free cinema as the pastor identified as Orange who preaches at a local church in the area was being pushed around naked.
“Orange has been claiming to be a pastor in the area praying for families only to seduce people’s wife’s and sleep with them after luring them with ‘sadaka’. It is a lesson he will learn and no one will allow him to continue preaching at the church,” Elvis Ondari.
Margeret Obwocha, who is a church member where the pastor preaches said the pastor seduced her but she turned down his sexual advances.
“This is shameful and total prostitution from the pastor who has been preaching against immorality at the church.
"His forty days in darkness reached and he will never forget. He will have to find his won church where he will be preaching because we will never allow him step foot at the church,” said Margaret.
Area Nyumba Kumi official Isaac Omae said the self proclaimed pastor has been reported several times by locals for seducing and sleeping with people’s wives in the area.
